Jeff is a miracle worker.
As a doctor, I can tell you, Jeff knows his stuff, WELL. Whatever the highest number of stars I can give him on this review, multiply it by infinity. He is that good! Furthermore, his rates are VERY reasonable. I know for a fact he can be charging A LOT more for the care he provides.

I had torn a muscle in my hip and was unable to stand up straight or walk right for weeks. After a 90-minute initial session with Jeff, I was able to stand up straight and walk without agonizing pain. Over the next few weeks, I had multiple sessions with Jeff. His therapeutic massages were the best medicine I could find for the pain, and I am sure his help hastened my recovery. Of note, He would tenaciously go after a knot in my quadriceps muscle, so much so that I had to “tap out” a few times. (But I assure you that discomfort was worth the relief later.) Plus, the kinesiology taping he did at the end of those sessions kept me mobile enough to get me through my days until my next session with him.

After recovering from that injury, I continued to see him for weekly full body “tune-ups”. I would walk out of there feeling like I had a nice workout. There would be some mild soreness the next day, but the overall relief was well worth it in the long run.
